Airline Rewards:
This airline has a tie-up with ICICI Bank and the bank offers a co-branded credit card called ICICI Bank King Fisher Airlines Credit Card. This Visa credit card offers 10 percent cash back on Kingfisher Airlines tickets purchased through the website of the airline and counters in cities and airports. 5 reward points are awarded for every Rs.100 spent at the Kingfisher Airlines tickets counters. 2 reward points are awarded for every Rs.100 spent at other merchant establishments.

However, ICICI Bank King Fisher Airlines Credit Card has a limitation to its airline reward program. The offer is applicable only up to 6 months in a year and the blackout period will be detailed along with the monthly statement to the cardholder.

 
Interest rate:
This credit card has a regular interest Rate of 3.15 percent per month and allows balance transfers also. To be eligible for the balance transfer program a credit card holder should transfer at least Rs.2000 to this credit card. The maximum amount that can be transferred is 90 percent of the total credit limit. The bank presently has two interest rate options for balance transfers:

• 0 percent rate of interest (0% p.a.) for 3 months, followed by the regular rate of interest after 3 months - This is the 0 percent for 3 months Balance Transfer option.
• 0.75 percent rate of interest (9% p.a.) for 6 months, followed by 1.49 percent rate of interest (17.88% p.a.) after 6 months - This is the Life Time Balance transfer option.

Kingfisher Airlines have also tied up with the global credit card giant American Express and Airtel to offer American Express Kingfisher First Credit Card.

Airline Rewards:
The card offers 2 automatic round trip flights every year, 1 each time the cardholder spends Rs. 1,75,000 on the credit card. Additional flights can be earned from accelerated reward points.

The membership points are multiplied 10 times when card is used to spend on Airtel (mobile and landline), Kingfisher Airlines and over 500 Platinum partner outlets.The reward program also offers a complimentary Gold Tier of King Club, which offers benefits like 2 upgrade vouchers, free lounge access, priority check-in, extra baggage allowance.

Cardholders can redeem companion tickets for just 50 perent of King Miles when he buys a Kingfisher First Ticket. A bonus of 5000 King Miles are offered to the cardholders the first time they fly on Kingfisher First. The American Express Kingfisher First Credit Card brings 24x7 Platinum service to the card holder and provides an air accident insurance of Rs. 1 Crore

Intrest Rate and Joining Fees:
The American Express Kingfisher First Credit Card charges an interest rate of 3.5 percent per month, and the joining fees is Rs 5000, which is a steal for an American Express Platinum card. The regular Amex Platinum card joining fee is Rs 50,000.
