HDFC Bank sets up common phone banking no.

The second largest private sector lender of the country, HDFC Bank has introduced a common phone number for all its banking customers. This easy to remember number can be used by customers all over for their phone banking operations.

The service has been introduced in nine regional languages so far.

Customers in Mumbai, New Delhi and NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata have been given a common number 61606161 for their transactions.

Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Kochi, Patna (Bihar and Jharkhand) users can dial 6160616 for all their queries and banking needs.
