I am applying for some US/ France/ UK/ Singapore B-Schools. I have a good GMAT score and professional experience too. Can I know my possiblities of getting an educational loan and which bank do you think is good to approach?

pls reply me,
if some one desire for foriegn edu,
but he have no funds,no sicurety,
then any bank can provide
loan just to see the desire of study.
