As RBI provides lot many inentives for lending to the customer most of the home loan appicants in the middle income groups are having capacity and concrete planning for repayment schedule but the some of the documents and processing hurdles banks creats are not seems consumer friendly.Even application of the genuine people are regected for small reason.I am sorry to say that bank should implement case to case basis system where about the chanes of getting more customers having capacity to repay before schedule.
