Sir, I am now 69 years old person. I own a two bed room flat in Pimri- Chinchwad area of Pune. I would like to know how much reverse mortgage loan would give me a monthly income?

I need an advice on this subject. I am now 55 years.I want to buy a flat. Suppose I pay 40 % of the value of the flat and for balance 60% I take a loan of say 15 years.I go on paying the loan instalment till 60 years after that I convert the outstanding loan into a reverse morgage (which will reduce any payment or negligible payment that the bank may make on a monthly basis). After I die then the bank can take the property back and realise its dues. Is this workable ? This is a mix of loan and reverse mortgage. Is this permissible?
