Sir, my father has taken personal loan and loan on credit card without our notice from several banks and now he is absconding.My father is a habitual offender and he has gone missing 7 times in the past by taking loan from private parties and this is the first time he has taken loan from private banks. Bank people are calling me and harassing me to take care of the loan. I have filed a missing complaint with the police station on my father. Kindly advice.

sir,i had taken personal loan from icici bank for last four months i could not make payment,when i recieved payment from my parties i paid 2 months due rs 11086 by chq no 480513 and i told them i will pay the balance amount as soon as possible but the executive daily coming to home and shouting infront of home actually iam out of station several times i told him not to use bad words but he is regularly using it and he is threatening me if i didnt pay with in two days means he will bring some peoples to collect the money i dont know what to do

my wife took PL from hsbc bank and recently she was on maternity leave for 3months.due to over expenditure we could not our regular EMI. Even my wife is on leave recovery people are listening to us and they are harassing our family members for the payment. Due to this disturbances has started in our family and these executive are harrasing every month for the payment kindly guide us we are thinking of complaining to the police and to the bank as wel.

I want to know weather the bank can file case u/s 138 at any place other than the place of disbursment of P.lone.And it can be done in respect of all cases of cheque bounces. Pl. help me by giveing the information under the law as well as RBI Guide lines on the subject.

Sir, I m credit holder of your bank, due to some financial problems I could not make payment since last three months. on 29-9-2008 an executive of your bank ( Mr. Prakash Saxena) came to my home and humiliate publicaly infront of neibghours.with my family, mean while he was speaking with me on phone. he harassed me till 12 minutes. I have recording of this conversation. he was using very bad language. Now I would like to Lodge a Police Complaint Against Bank.

sir, i had taken personal loan of 1 lakh from HDFC bank and i have payed two instalments now due to some problem i had to quit my job. now since i am unemployed and not able to pay the EMI (2 EMI bounced).upon request to bank they are not giving time frame for me to repy . and they are telling that they are goig to file a legal case. but i need time of two months as i have to join new job and then start paying the EMI. henc, kindly guide me what legal proceedure will be filed if i am not able to pay

Education loan taken for a girl for higher study died in accident during her study. As per rule the loan has not been covered under LIC by bank. on information to bank the EMI was not recovered from parents salary. Now bank after 4 years issuing legal notice for recovery. Now the parents have been retired and no means except a house and pension earning Kindly advice what to do ?
