IndusInd bank foundation was laid by Mr. Srichand P. Hinduja, a leading Non-Resident Indian businessman and head of the Hinduja Group. It is the first of the new-generation private banks in India. The bank was inaugurated in April 1994 by Dr. Manmohan Singh, Honorable Prime Minister of India who was then the country’s Finance Minister.
IndusInd bank deals in corporate banking, retail banking, treasury and foreign Exchange, investment banking, capital markets, etc. Bank was the first one to become a part of RBI’s Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system. Bank offers facilities like ATMs, Net Banking, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, Multi-city Banking and International Debit Cards. |
