Barclays Bank PLC, India has deployed a loyalty management system developed by Pune based ElectraCard Services. It is an enterprise wide solution, which would enable the bank's customers to take advantage of various loyalty programs. The solution will help in interlinking the different reward points across bank's multiple channels - internet banking, mobile banking, ATM and debit cards, under the Barclays Reward Points Program.
