Hong Kong-based magazine ‘The Asset' has announced India's largest lender, ICICI Bank as ‘The Best Transaction Bank'. It is the third consecutive year that the bank has bagged this title. At the same time, ICICI has also been awarded with the titles as the country's best trade finance bank, best cash management bank and best domestic custodian. The Best Subcustodian title is bagged by Deutsche Bank and the Rising Star Cash Management Bank is awarded to DBS Bank. The magazine selects the winners on the basis of efficient trade documentation, creative financing, risk management, branch network, back office capabilities, delivery systems, pricing and cut-off times. The Asset Triple A Transaction Banking Awards 2009 were announced on March 19th, 2009 in Hong Kong. The event took place on the 10th anniversary of The Asset magazine. |
