Public sector lender Canara Bank is going to launch a seminar on offering credit linkage to self help groups (SHGs) in Thiruvananthapuram. The program would be inaugurated by CMD of the bank, Mr S Raman.

During the launch, Raman would also give out the provisional sanctions of all SHG loans which were given out recently to the newly credit linked SHGs.

The occasion will have the presence of r T. Sreekanthan, General Manager; Mr C. G. Nair, Deputy General Manager; and Mr P. Anil Kumar, Assistant General Manager of the Circle Office, Thiruvananthapuram.

Along with this, a 'Can Utsav' showing products made by SHGs would be put on display.
