Bank@Home doorstep services launched by ICICI Bank

New Delhi: ICICI Bank is committed to provide the best customer service to its clients. Continuing forward in this direction ICICI Bank announced Bank@Home services for all its current account and savings account customers in India.

Maninder Juneja ICICI Bank's Retail Liability Group head said "Bank@Home is like a courier service wherein the banking facility is made available at the customer's doorstep."

Various services like cash pick-up and delivery, cheque pick-up, demand drafts, pay order delivery etc. will now be availabe at the customer's doorstep. To avail this Bank@Home facility customers can place the requests through phone or internet banking.

Currently the Bank@Home facility will be made available in 294 branches at 28 locations. "In few months, we plan to extend the service across all leading destinations," he added.
