SC refused to stay Credit Cards Interest cap at 30%
Chargiong the high and irrational interests by the Credit Cards and charging interest even after the outstanding is cleared of and takes vague pleas for the same. NCDRC after consideration the matter in details passed the landmark Judgment which Apex Court -not considering the plea of stay by banks- assumed prima face find grounds for considertion of the matter in further details. So the well thought decession of NCDRC is a great relief to Credit Card Holders.
