IndusInd Bank and ElectraCard Services join hands

Private sector lender IndusInd Bank has inked a deal with ElectraCard Services (ECS) for enhancing the range of services being offered to the credit card holders.

The bank would be leveraging on the expertise of ECS in technology as well as processes to enhance its credit card program.

The new service has come into play from June 01, 2011.

It offers a basket of products consisting of electraCREDIT, which is a credit card management program, electraGUARD, which is a fraud management feature, a collection format called electraCOLLECT and electraSECURE which offers fraud management solutions in e commerce transactions.

"We are confident this partnership with ECS will enable us to provide value-adds to our customers with products and services that are innovative, reliable, secure and cost effective," IndusInd Chief Operating Officer, Mr Paul Abraham said.

"As technology partners, our focus will be to ensure a smooth migration and assist IndusInd Bank to deliver a credit card programme which enhances customer experience.

We are confident, that the bank, like our other partners in India and international markets will benefit from our knowledge base and innovative solutions," ECS Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ramesh Mengawade said.
