Private sector lender, YES Bank has appointed Ruzbeh Deboo as executive vice president and head of global Indian banking operations.

The global Indian banking operations of the bank which will now be headed by Deboo include delivery of liablities objectives of the bank with emphasis on cross-sell of wealth management and insurance products.

Deboo holds 16 years of experience mainly in NRI business.

Before getting associated with Yes Bank , he was head of NRI division of Barclays Bank Plc. He has played pivotal role in setting up the NRI operations for Indian business of Barclays. He was a core member of the Global Retail and Commercial Banking division.

Before Barclays, he was associated with ICICI Bank for a tenor of more than 5 years.
