Visa Gold Debit Card launched by Kotak Mahindra Bank

New Delhi: Kotak Mahindra Bank a prominent and one of the fastest growing private sector bank in India has launched a Visa Gold Debit Card. This debit card, which was launched on Tuesday has the following features:

  • Unlimited access to over 18,000 VISA ATM's in India and over 1 million ATM's worldwide absolutely free.
  • Higher transaction limits, with daily purchase limit of Rs. 1,75,000.00 and ATM cash withdrawal limit of Rs. 1,75,000.00.
  • The fuel surcharge of 2.5% is waived every time you purchase petrol at any petrol pump across the country using your Kotak Visa Gold Debit Card.
  • This Visa Gold Debit Card from Kotak Mahindra Bank is a photo card. This adds more security and personalization to the debit card.

The debit card is backed by the outstanding VISA Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS). This service can be used to report a lost or stolen card, emergency card replacement and other enquiries regarding the debit cards. This service can be accessed by using toll-free numbers listed on www.visa.com and card holder can also call the bank's 24-hour Customer Contact Centre 0091 22 66006022 while calling from overseas location.

To apply for Kotak Mahindra Bank Global Debit Card all one needs is to open either a Resident-Savings Account/ Current Account or Non-Resident NRE Savings Account/NRE Current Account with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
