Deposit rates hiked by ING Vysya Bank

ING Vysya Bank has raised deposit rates on selected maturities with effect from 4th June 2010.

The bank has raised rates in the range of 0.50 to 1.25% which refers to 50 to 125 basis points.

The revised rates for deposits having maturity within 92 to 182 days are 5.25% as compared to 4.75% earlier.

The bank declared that for deposits having maturity tenure of 184 to 364 days, the rates would be 5.75% as compared to 5% earlier.

For 366 days to less than two years, the rate has been increased to 6.50 per cent from 5.25 per cent, whereas the rate is 6.75% for maturities of 730 days to 10 years as against 5.75%.

The bank said that an additional 0.25 per cent will be paid in the corresponding buckets to senior citizens.
