HSBC appoints new head of asset management

The Indian operations of foreign lender HSBC has appointed Puneet Chaddha as head of its asset management business.

Prior to holding this position, Chaddha was heading the commercial banking business of the bank in India. Chaddha would be succeeding Vikramaaditya who has been appointed as head of business strategy for global asset management of the bank.
