Karnataka Bank and Bartronics India ink FI deal

Private sector lender, Karnataka Bank and Bartronics India Ltd have inked a deal to carry forward the plan of maximum financial inclusion in rural areas.

The agreement was signed between the Managing Director of the bank, Mr P. Jayarama Bhat, and the Chief Executive Officer of Bartronics India Ltd, Mr K. Umesh.

The agreement is the second of its kind the bank has made, the first one being with Integra Microsystems (P) Ltd.

The bank is also one of the trustees of Karnataka Farmers Resource Centre (KFRC) at Bagalkot.
