Two NBFCs lose license from RBI

Banking and monetary regulator Reserve Bank of India has announced the cancellation of registration of two non banking finance companies (NBFCs).

The NBFCs namely S K Capsec Pvt Ltd and Sansun Leasing and Finance Private Ltd have lost their registration on grounds of carrying out the operations of another NBFC after it had voluntarily made an exit from the business.

The certificate of S K Capsec Pvt Ltd was cancelled on April 19, 2011.

It is a Varanasi based company while Samsun Leasing and Finance Private Ltd is based in Dehradun.
