value of the flat would be 50lakhs at present .Building is 40 years old.iam having plan to buy a flat at udupi my home town in karnataka.whether iam elgible to get loan of 20 lakhs lumpsome for buying the flat as i am pensioner and drawing pension of 18,000/month from central govt.ihave intension to repay my loan in 3 years time by closing my F.D.

I have a residential land property (2601 sq.ft) in prime area at Teachers' colony, Madhavaram municipality,chennai-99(single owner). I am a Government Pensioner drawing pension through Public Sector Bank and I am Senior citizen(below 70). Iwish to avail loan for purchase of a new car. Can I get loan from SBI by pledging my land by repaying loan in 3 years? Pl.e.mail me your reply at the earlies. (I have account in SBI also)
