I appeal all my colleagues to fight for par benefits with sbi. The delayed results are not benefittable to us. For example HOusing Loan limit raised by sbi long back.By the time of our limit increase, land/flat rates have increased which resulted us again to borrow from outside sources. If the benefit extended timely par with SBI; we will also be benefitted. Thinkover the gap how changes our fate compared with our colleagues in SBI.Same work-same rules; but delayed benefits

Iam working for sbh, i have been listening about merger since i joined the bank .my only request to both the management and associations is not keep employees in dialema , give us a clear picture about merger, why SBI is palnning for merger , what r its advantages to nation, customers, and lastly employees. I am surpised about amendment made to sbi bill about its decreasing of govt stake in the bank

To offer better services at par with private banks, SBH needs to get merged with SBI. Though private sector banks can offer quality services, a major chunk of customers still trust State Banks in ever aspects. The merger of associated banks would strengthen public banking sector and enlighten a healthy competition between public and private sector banks. There is a great need to expidite the process before the younger customers completely switch over to private sector banks.

This is definitely a welcome move. This will reduce the competition within the Statebank Group and increase the Group Synergy. The staff will also get more benifit financially. Let us hope that the momentum is carried forward for a speedy merger with utmost sincerity.
