Lending rates hiked by Development Credit Bank

Private sector lender Development Credit Bank Limited has announced a hike in its base rate as well as benchmark prime lending rate (BPLR) by 50 bps each.

The revised rates would come into effect from June 01, 2011.

The base rate of the bank would thus stand at 10% while BPLR would figure out to be 17.25%.
