The women oriented bank of the country – Bhartiya Mahila Bank has come up with a new loan product. The bank has launched BMB rent a new product to benefit the owners of properties who have rented out their premises.

This loan product is basically designed for the individuals and firms who have rented out their property to the big renowned companies and organizations. Through this product the bank will be assisting them with loan facility for any productive purpose or for meeting contingencies. As per the name suggest and the main motive of the bank the special assistance will be provided to the women borrowers.

The minimum amount would be Rs 20 lakh and the maximum amount is Rs 5 crore. At present the bank is having branches in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Guwahati, Indore, Dehradun, Ranchi, Raipur, Thiruvanthapuram, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Shillong, Shimla, Gangtok, Bhubaneshwar, Goa, Agartala and Patna.
