Special salary package launched by SBI for railway employees

The largest lender in the country, State Bank of India has come up with a special salary package for the employees of railway department. Under the package several privileges will be offered to the railway employees.

The employees can avail car loans, home loans and personal loans at reduced interest rates from the bank. There are various other benefits that will be offered including opening of zero balance savings accounts, free draft issuance and discounts on Gold coin purchases.

The Deputy General Manager, Administrative Unit, SBI, Hubli, Mr. B. Venugopal Reddy said, "These are only a few benefits and there are several other benefits also being extended by SBI to the railway employees."
