Bank of Baroda opening call center in Lucknow

Public sector lender Bank of Baroda has decided to open a pan India call center in Lucknow. The center would be dedicated to meet the demands and service requirements of customers of the bank.

According to general manager of the bank (UP and Uttarakhand), Mr Subhas C Ahuja, the bank wants two call centers to be opened in Lucknow and Baroda respectively. The centers would be attending to phone queries from customers of the bank all over the country.

The center in Lucknow is to be opened in August following which the Baroda center would open soonafter.

The toll free number can reached by the customers between 8 am to 8 pm initially. Later on it is planned to be converted to a 24X7 service, Mr Ahuja said.
