"Personality Assessments have been widely used worldwide to select people for jobs in sales and relationship management. AMPI for the first time allows Indian companies to evaluate people with a tool which is built in and for an Indian population. Previously tried tools have all been foreign tools or their imitations which are not equipped to evaluate Indian's especially at entry level. Also AMPI is at a fraction of the cost of such tools. We are already assisting many organizations in campus hiring with these tools. Corporates can also access our National Certified Talent Pool to hire making it very efficient and economical to hire", said Himanshu Aggarwal, CEO of Aspiring Minds.

Aspiring Minds previously launched an assessment module for the judging financial knowledge as well. They already have modules for English communication, logical capacity, Number skills among other areas. Many financial institutions are using Aspiring Minds' assessments to power their sourcing and recruitments.

We sincerely hope that such tools will enable our financial institutions to provide better sales and support.
