Public sector lender, Bank of India has set up the largest corporate branch of Hyderabad. The branch has been designed to cater to the requirements of the corporate client group. The corporate clientele' of the branch will comprise of high net worth clients having projects worth Rs 500 million (minimum) and above in hand and turnover of Rs 5 billion, said the bank's National Banking Zonal Manager (Hyderabad zone), S S Banik. "There will be a relationship manager who will handle 10 customers. The aim is to reduce time in processing and turnaround time to 4-6 weeks," he said. Banik added that the bank's future plans included opening of SME and mid cap branches in the city. He said that the SME branch is going to be opened before March 15. He said that the performance of the branch in Hyderabad will decide its expansion in the remaining parts of the state.
