Rahul Jhori: New Head of DBS Bank’s consumer banking

Leading Asian Bank, DBS Bank has appointed the new Head for its Consumer Banking division in India. Rahul Johri has been announced as the new name for this post.

Prior to this position at DBS Bank, Rahul was the Business Head of Retail Liabilities with Barclays Bank, India. He was one amongst the start-up team of Barclays Bank (GRCB), India and also introduced various strategies for the retail bank. He has a broad experience of seventeen years in the consumers banking and has also worked with ANZ Grindlays and Standard Chartered Bank.

In DBS Bank, Rahul would also be a member of the Group Consumer Banking Executive Committee. Rahul has a mechanical engineering degree from IIT, Kharagpur and is a postgraduate from XLRI Jamshedpur. With his experience and knowledge, Rahul is expected to influence the bank's growth immensely in the consumer banking service.
