The largest lender of the country, State Bank of India has introduced a self service branch in Hyderabad.

The idea behind launching such a kind of branch is to increase the level of convenience to the customer and also to offer round the clock service. The customer will now no longer have to wait for the bank official to attend to him and his requirements.

It is a branchless center and is void of staff too. It looks like a kiosk having all banking amenities associated to it via internet banking platform.

Customers will also be able to take print statements of their transactions.
