The largest lender of the country, State Bank of India has decided to launch a branch especially targetting the youth. The branch would be located in Hyderabad. This exclusive 'youth branch' would have services like burger, coffee as well as music for the youth. K Shiv Kumar, Deputy Managing Director of SBI said that the location of the branch remains to be finalised and soon after the branch will be hosted in three months to come. "It will have a cafe kind of environment. It will have same banking facilities and products (like other branches)," Shiv Kumar said. Shiv Kumar added that such branches would also be set up in other states too. "SBI wants to attract youth. We have the best technology and products that are rated as best in the world. Somehow youth is not adopting it. That's a general feeling. We want to project an image that SBI is for youth too," the banker said.
