Syndicate Bank sets new branch in Hubli

Public sector lender, Syndicate Bank has opened another of its financial inclusion branches in Hubli. The branch, which is the seventh of its kind has been opened at Adavisomapur village in Gadag district.

Speaking on the inaugural event, Mr Srikanth B. Kulagod, Assistant General Manager, Syndicate Bank, RO Hubli, said that so far the bank has disbursed loans worth Rs 866 crore in the region.

The loans have been dedicated towards agriculture under different schemes like land development, minor irrigation, farm house and farm mechanisation.
