Grand – a special savings scheme for senior customers by Kotak Mahindra Bank

Private sector lending bank – Kotak Mahindra bank has launched a special savings account scheme for the older customers. The bank’s customers of age 55 years and above will get special savings scheme with special offerings and services.

The savings account scheme is named as Grand. This scheme is specifically designed for the older customers while keeping their need in mind. They will be provided with hassle free and priority based banking services. Customers will offered with a special health card from Indian Health Organisation (IHO), offering up to 50 per cent discount on treatments and consultations. In addition to this there are lot many facilities for the senior customers making banking simpler for them.

Customers can put for call back simply by sending a SMS, with half an hour they will receive a response. Grand also enables customers to make bill payments by registering online or at Kotak Mahindra branches.
